Manuscripts are accepted for consideration if neither the article nor any of its content has been published or submitted elsewhere before appearing in IRJMSI Journals. Manuscripts can be submitted in MS Word or PDF format that must be no longer than 7,000 words. The corresponding author must be identified. An undertaking signed by all the authors, (certifying originality of work and that the article has not been published elsewhere), must accompany the manuscript upon final submission. No more than 3 author names are listed for the manuscript.

Below are the guidelines for authors that must be read and followed before manuscript is submitted. These include:

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out.

The statement that all authors have approved the final article is true and included in the disclosure.

With each manuscript you must submit a IRJMSI Journal copyright form which transfers the copyright of the published article to IRJMSI Journal that warrants that the article is the original work of the author and does not infringe the copyright of any other parties. Before publication, the Editorial Office must receive a signed soft/hard copy of the copyright form, which can be obtained on the IRJMSI Journal web site.
