Abstract

A comparative study of multigenerational professional proficiency with reference to the online marketing is an emerging research area and I did research study on the same with the objectives to find out the awareness and understanding of job Satisfaction in professional life in digital corporate and to suggest the digital companies the different ways of dealing with multi generation employees. As the available literature on professional proficiency in multigenerational has not sufficient even only one or two studies has done in to know the awareness of multi generation of Indian companies and even single study has not done in digital companies in India even not a single study has done which show there is a similarities or dissimilarities between and Z generation professional proficiency in digital companies and independent variables. Research design of my research study was exploratory, and method I used survey through primary database of 10 digital companies of India my sample was 500. I used software SPSS-WIN ver. 21.0 for data analysis. I conclude the study withMultiple generational cohorts coexist in the work¬place today. Each group brings different viewpoints, expectations, desires, dreams, values, and ideas about work and life. For Digital Marketing organizations, these generational differences can enhance teamwork and improve digital workplace; they also can present challenges such as conflict and stereotyping. By understanding generational differences, managers and organizations can foster a work environment that embraces diver¬sity and promotes productivity. Because very little research on generational differences in the digital workplace has been conducted, research specific to digital corporate panorama is warranted.
