ANALYTICAL STUDY ON CONSUMER AWARENESS

Abstract

The world is changing at an increasing rate and technology is viewed as the key driver for these progressions around us. The wide utilization of internet and technology advancement in, technology based frameworks, particularly those identified with the internet, are prompting fundamental changes in how organizations communicate with clients. Step by step increasing change in technology world, it prompts improve e-banking services of different banks. Presently a-days individuals are instructed more than days of yore, today human lives progresses toward becoming machine oriented and they don't have sufficient opportunity to visit bank office than any time in recent memory. The examination is an attempt to contemplate the purchaser awareness on mobile banking and observation about the equivalent. A survey research is led among the customers. The investigation demonstrates that customers know about mobile banking service given by their bank. The reason for this examination is to make client awareness and to discover what they most favored e-banking services of banks.
