Abstract

Marketing is the most important capability of a management team. The long-term goal of marketing is to increase the number of benefits available to customers via customer satisfaction. Marketing is a comprehensive process that is built on strategies and models of success. Marketing should be responsible for delivering labour and products in exchange for monetary compensation.
