Abstract
Exigency of situation, keep equal pace with mergence of new scientific knowledge and technological know how, innovative idea, ideology and issues bring dramatical change in Indian society, culture and polity. Since, independence, we have been struggling hard to mitigate or eliminate illiteracy, poverty, ignorance, social diseases and inequality of opportunities from society, and achieving a lot.
