Abstract
Quality is a distinctive and quite essential attribute of business growth. In context to the quality in Health system, it requires certain structural as well as service related essential characteristics. Himachal Pradesh is one of the fast growing states of India in terms of education, health-care, services and development of infrastructure despite of the topographical challenges. The reason behind tremendous growth in the different sectors is literacy growth and abundance of natural resources which could be expedited with the executive strong will and governance the contribution of which is also a research topic. The government hospitals have a network of institutional system and resources to captivate rural region and with the advanced structure of hospitals in the district level including State Level Hospital, AIIMS and Medical University recently set-up.
