Abstract
Financial manager role in the nature of financial management as per the current law in India company is required to pay 15% tax on a dividend if a company distribute all a name to shareholder then it can require you capital from the same source existing by issuing new shares called rights of shares. Also a published issue of shares may be to attract new orders to contribute equity capital another important source of securing capital is a creditors or a lenders they make money available to form as a loan or a debt and retain title of the funds lent. Payment of interest is a legal obligation. The amount of interest paid by a firm is a deductible expense for a computing corporate income to the firm.
