Abstract
The current turmoil situation arising due to the pandemic has greatly challenged the relevance of the strategic capabilities of bell weather companies too. The aftermath of this covid pandemic will be such a great learning phase for many organizations to introspect the effectiveness of its HR policies. By and large companies always invest a whopping amount on the training and development of its employees and extent utmost care on retaining its employees with both monetary and non-monetary benefits and the employees considering the amount of funds and incentives spent on them, would therefore willing to continue with the employers.
